What should I do if my KYC was rejected?

Please follow these steps to resubmit:

- Click the notification icon in the top-right corner of the platform, or check the in-site message sent to your registered email, to see the specific reason for rejection.

- Go to [User Center] → [Account Verification] and locate the level (L0/L1/L2) that failed.

- Update the relevant information as instructed and resubmit.

- Wait for review — the result will be sent via in-site message and email.

Common rejection reasons:

- L0: Misspelled name, incorrect ID number or expiry date, nationality not matching the document

- L1: Blurry, glared, obstructed, or expired document photo, or information not matching L0

- L2: Insufficient lighting, face obstructed, or prompted actions not completed

If your submission is still rejected after multiple attempts, please email cs@mcmarkets.com with your UID or registered email, the failed verification level, and a screenshot of the failure reason shown in your in-site message.
